– Accompanying contract holder applicants to view the property.
– Your property will be advertised through our marketing platforms.
– Obtaining and evaluating references and credit checks.
– Preparing a suitable occupational contract for review by landlord and contract holder prior to commencement date.
– Schedule of condition (with photos).
– Collecting a contract holders deposit which will be treated in accordance with current legislation (DPS)
– Checking the contract holder into the property and check meter readings.
– Set up standing order form for rent to go direct to landlord.
Property Managed… £180 inc vat when moving new tenant(s) into property plus 12% inc vat of monthly rent.
